APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO JR KG – ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

I wish to apply for a seat in the JR. KG. class for the academic year 2025 – 2026, for my child whose date of birth is as per the stipulated eligibility criterion, i.e. between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021.

 

1. I am supplying the information requested in the attached form and I declare that it is true and accurate, and that I have checked the details before submission. I agree that if information has been suppressed or found to be incorrect, this application may be rejected.

2. I fully appreciate the fact that acceptance of this application is left entirely to the discretion of the Lourdes Kindergarten authorities and does not in any way guarantee admission.

3. I hereby state that submitting this application form implies unconditional acceptance of all the school’s admission procedures, rules, regulations & fees in force and as they may be changed from time to time.

4. I am aware of and acknowledge the Constitutional Right of the Management to administer this minority educational institution according to their guidelines, and accept their decision on admissions as final and binding.

5. Receipts are not issued for the application of the Form Fee payment.
