9th & 10th August, 2025
1. The Parish Fathers express their heartfelt gratitude to each of you for the warm wishes and appreciation extended on the occasion of Vianney day. Do continue to pray for them as they labour in the Lord’s vineyard.
2. Friday, 15th August is the solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary – a holy day of obligation. Masses will be celebrated as per the Sunday schedule. There will be no children’s Mass in the school hall. The national flag hoisting ceremony will take place at 7:45 am in the basketball court area. The parish office will remain closed.
3. Our next Pre-Baptismal Catechesis will be held on 28th and 29thAugust, 7 pm onwards in the School Conference Room. Expecting couples are requested to register for the same, in the early stages of pregnancy itself, to avoid inconvenience later.
4. The Young Adults Association is organizing an awareness session on Pattern of Abusive Behaviour on the Weaker Sections of Society, conducted by Adv. Prosper D’Souza, on 10th August in the Nihar Hall. All are invited.
5. The Inter-Religious Dialogue Cell is organizing an open group discussion on The Role of Communities in using Religious Values with Social Justice, this Thursday at 5:30 pm in the school Conference Room. Kindy register for the same with your animators by Tuesday.
6. BASCA – Orlem unit is organizing the whist drive for senior citizens of our parish on Tuesday, 19th August at 7 pm in the Nihar Hall. You may register with the BASCA members in the church compound after the evening Masses, from this Monday onwards.
7. The Environment Cell will have their monthly dry waste collection next Sunday from 9:30 am to 12 noon.

· Rapid Chess Tournament for parishioners organized by the Lourdes Sports Committee
9. Volunteers of Prison Ministry Mumbai will be distributing their newsletter and envelopes seeking assistance for their apostolate, next weekend, after all Masses, in the church compound. Please be generous.
