The Announcements

1. Our next Pre-Baptismal Catechesis will be held on 30th and 31stOctober, 7 pm onwards in the Conference Room. Expecting couples are requested to register for the same in the early stages of pregnancy itself to avoid inconvenience later.

2. The Bible Cell is organizing the much-awaited Vacation Bible Joy for children from 20th to 25th October between 9 am to 12 noon. Parents are encouraged to register their children for the same with the Bible Cell volunteers who will be seated in the church compound after all Masses today.

3. Narcotics Anonymous is organizing a workshop to assist persons affected by addiction to drugs, chemical substances and or gambling, on 12th October from 3pm to 6 pm in the Nihar Hall. We encourage attendance by persons or families affected.

4. The Environment Cell is organizing the White Elephant Sale of household articles on 26th October. Articles for the same will be collected on 18thOctober between 5 pm to 7 pm and on 19th October between 9 am to 12 noon at the ground floor of St. Anne’s High School. Additionally, they will have their monthly dry waste collection next Sunday from 9:30 am to 12 noon.

5. To celebrate Mission Sunday, the children of Sunday School will be setting up the mission canteen after all Masses next weekend. Kindly patronize generously as the entire proceeds of this project will be given to Christ the King Church, Shivaji Nagar, Govandi.

6. On the occasion of World Elders Day, BASCA – Orlem unit is organizing the Elders’ Day programme for the senior citizens of our parish on Friday, 31stOctober, 7:30 pm onwards in the Nihar Hall. You may register with the BASCA members who will be seated in the church compound after the evening Masses, beginning from this Monday.

7. The Legion of Mary invites you to a special prayer service this Monday, 13thOctober at 6:15 pm in the Nihar Hall.
