Welcome to Parishdiary ("we", "us", "our", or "Platform"). We provide an online platform that facilitates the collection of donations and contributions on behalf of third-party organizations ("Clients" or "Beneficiaries"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Role of the Platform

Parish diary is a technology service provider that facilitates donations between donors and our Clients. We do not directly receive or own the donated funds. Each donation made through our platform is directed to the respective Client or beneficiary organization.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By donating or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy, Refund, and Cancellation policies outlined herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

3. Donations and Contributions

All donations made via the platform are voluntary and designated for the specific Client chosen by the donor. Once submitted, donations are processed through our third-party payment processor and directed to the Client.

4. Refund & Return Policy

• All Donation made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church (OLLC), Malad are Non-Refundable.

• Once a Donation is Processed, it cannot be cancelled/returned.

• In case of an accidental or duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and, if appropriate, initiate a refund.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect limited personal and transactional data in order to process donations and provide receipts. This data may be shared with the Client you have donated to, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Razorpay. We do not store payment card information.

​

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for how Clients use the funds you donate. Any concerns about fund use, tax deductions, or receipts should be addressed directly with the Client. We provide the technology infrastructure only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
